Step 1 Remove any existing polish using a cotton ball. Use non acetone polish remover.
Step 2 Clip nails to your desired length then file them to the shape you prefer. REMEMBER only file nails in one direction. Rubbing back and forth causes a jagged edge.
Step 3 Soak hands in a bowl of warm soapy water. Try using an anti bacterial or anti microbial soap. Soak for about 3 minutes.
Step 4 Gently push cuticles back with an orange wood stick.
Step 5 Clip excess skin with a cuticle nipper.
Step 6 Apply cuticle oil.
Step 7 Apply hand scrub. Rub hands together. Be sure to get between the fingers and top of hands also.
Step 8 Wash and dry hands
Step 9 Apply lotion of choice to hands. Clean nails with a cotton ball dipped in polish remover.
Step 10 Paint your nails.
